You see an unclean database of simple & subtle duplications as an intolerable situation that Must Not Stand & will dedicate yourself to Owning the beautification of the data. You smile when receiving requests for tortuously complex queries. You work well with a talented group of developers who are very good with sql & you’d rather help fine tune a particular stored procedure as opposed to being asked to write it from scratch. You’re an advocate for system improvement with reliability through automation, & you’ve got an arms length of experience with database replication, scripted backup & restoration. Experience with CentOS 4.4 / RedHat a nice to have. Experience with MySQL a must have. About Zootoo and the position: We are a group of people at an early stage startup.
