To achieve this goal, we’ve built a multidisciplinary UX team bringing together design, development, and user research to deliver excellent user experiences.
Currently, this team is looking for a talented User Experience Designer to help drive this mission. We are open to contract or full-time candidates. This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class service and make business changing decisions that will directly impact the way consumers view one of their most important investments.
As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating user experiences and interaction models for our Web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, customer focused, self starter with at least 3 years of hands-on web site design experience with the following qualifications:
• Interest in researching and developing new approaches to complex design problems
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has strong presentation & collaboration skills
• Ability to brainstorm with other designers and the product development teams on new product features
• Ability to create and design a consistent experience across multiple features
• Must be organized, able to act independently, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in standard web design software and tools
• Flash and prototyping skills a plus
• A BA degree in Information Design, Graphic Arts, HCI or related field
