(Anywhere) We’re looking for a front-end designer/developer with a passion for pixel-perfect websites, jaw-dropping design skills and a solid grasp of the latest web standards for a 2-4 month project in Los Angeles. You’ll join a small, front-end team and have tremendous impact on a site being rebuilt for the creative industry.
required experience:
* ability to translate design into structured (X)HTML and CSS
* Javascript/CSS menu design, AJAX familiarity a big plus
* templates for dynamic web frameworks
* tools for graphics production (photoshop etc.)
* comp/wireframes into flexible/usable code templates
* browser testing & design documentation
* what a grid is and why it’s useful
* adherence to web standards
* ability to work independently and in a team
