RESPONSIBILITIES
Web interactive media development & design
User experience, User interface and interaction design planning, programming and management. User research, usability testing and user experience definition & strategy
Project management and team leadership
Flash prototyping
Translating user feedback or business requirements and into visual user interfaces.
Delivering preliminary mockups, pie-in-the sky mockups, final mockups, the whole gamut.
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ yrs
Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, TextMate (or Dreamweaver).
Comfortable/Fluent in Languages: XHTML and CSS.
JavaScript, ActionScript, and Subversion (SVN).
5+ yrs professional web development
Solid understanding of web standards
Strong creative and visual skills; strong interpersonal skills; work independently and with a group.
Ability to thrive under pressure.
