The Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) is the largest municipal water purveyor in the state of Nevada, serving over 330,000 customers in the City of Las Vegas and the unincorporated areas of Clark County, including Searchlight, Blue Diamond, Jean and Kyle Canyon. LVVWD plans, constructs and maintains an extensive local water treatment system for its water customers.
GENERAL PURPOSE: We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual who has strong researching, writing, and planning skills; experience coordinating projects, managing and editing Web content, and using Web development software (e.g. content management software, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and HTML).
Requires graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in public relations, communications, Web or closely related field; and four years of increasingly responsible professional experience involving the development and coordination of Internet and Intranet sites and projects.
Salary: $68,889 annually
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm, M-F
