Must Haves:
3+ years web/application development in any of the following languages:

SQL/Database experience (preferably MS SQL)
Source Control Systems
Enterprise Level IDE (Eclipse, Visual Studio 2005,etc.)
Some Linux/Unix experience
CSS
JavaScript
XML
E-Commerce experience
Project Management experience
Other Desirables:
Flex
Flash
AJAX
WebSphere
Streaming media technologies
If you are not already, you must be willing to commit to becoming an accomplished ColdFusion programmer in 30 to 60 days.
