Our web department has experienced some incredible growth over the last few years. To continue that growth and to help as many people as we can, we need solid project managers who can:
Facilitate web-based application development projects
Interface with and lead a programming team
Work with and facilitate communication with the creative and business areas of our company
Manage timelines and balance excellence in software design with business goals and drivers
The environment is fun, fast-paced, and hard-working. We don’t think of a team as just 4 people working together in a pod and being told what to do. Rather, our teams openly collaborate on projects, ideas, and timelines (not to mention banding together for the sporadic human drum machine or round of harmonious human bagpipes).
Pushing the limits of technology is a part of the average work day. That means we expect our team members to push the envelope on their own skills as well. If you aren’t growing, you’re planting roots into your chair as the light from your screen transforms you into a mushroom… and well, who would want that?!

That’s why we work 8-hour days with very seldom late nights. Must Haves:
Incredible communication skills – span the gap between tech, business and creative areas of the business
Great decision-making skills – both tactical and strategic
Experience leading a team of 5 or more
Project Management experience
A thorough understanding of web application development
Previous experience in any of the following languages: JAVA, .NET, ColdFusion, Ruby, PHP or similar
Other Desirables:
E-Commerce experience
Experience in web-based product development
Streaming media technologies
Experience in online marketing
Understanding of user-flow and user-interface design
