Arc Software Consultancy is looking for a Front-End Developer with a genuine passion for web development and a good understanding of related technologies such as HTML, XML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript (i.e. someone with at least 2 or 3 years of experience in the field).
In addition to this, any previous experience on ASP.NET, usability and knowledge of accessibility and W3C standards is definitely a plus.
The role primarily entails front-end development of n-tier enterprise web applications written in ASP.NET as well as testing of code produced (cross-browser unit testing and occasionally QA). The primary development platform is Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005 and SQL Server, though you will probably write your HTML, CSS and XML in other software editors.
Our development team numbers about 8 people and is multi-disciplinary, consisting of Developers, Test Engineers and DB experts.
