Position Overview

Lead design and development of web models for community and learning. Engage with the Adobe community to identify great learning content and practices while enabling participate.

Responsibilities

Define web-based experiences for display and structure of user-centric learning content
Develop next-generation web models that foster community participation
Work with content experts and community to identify web learning needs and strategies
Work with community members to identify key learning needs and contributors
Evangelize and support community participation
Seek and seed community content; support aggregation of learning content from across the Adobe community
Engage and collaborate with teams across Adobe, including product development and Customer Care

Requirements
· 7+ years developing and designing web content for a technical audience

· 4+ years leading design projects

· Expert knowledge of web design and Web 2.0 technologies

· Experience with learning needs analysis, content architecture and assessment

· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

· Highly energetic, flexible and collaborative

· Curiosity and a sense of funEtc.
