Love working as a web developer, but you’re not a workaholic
Read several web design and development blogs, but the reference books on your shelf are dusty
Can develop and maintain complex backend databases, but can also create amazing and simple user experiences
Insist on doing things the easy way, but only when that’s the right way
Learned a lot in college (if you even went to college), but you’ve learned a thousand times more since then
Understand the value of working as part of a team, but are comfortable taking a project from the first wireframe to the go-live date
Understands several platforms such as PHP, .NET, Java, Ruby on Rails, and ColdFusion, but doesn’t let that get in the way of communicating with those who don’t
Are often successful, but never satisfied
Have 3+ years of experience with web application architecture and design, but you don’t rely on the way you’ve always done it.
