Responsibilities
Web application programming primarily in PHP
Working on cross-functional teams for large integrated web applications.
Work as part of an internal development team and help further build existing web applications
Participate in all phases of the web application project, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Recognize the business objectives and constraints and plan accordingly
Required Experience
2+ years Professional PHP Web Development
Experience in one or more OOP languages such as Java, .Net, or Ruby
Expert knowledge in SQL and experience with MySQL 4 or 5
Object-oriented design principles in PHP5 a big plus
MVC design pattern and MVC frameworks (e.g. Ruby on Rails, Zend Framework, CakePHP)
JSON, XML, SOAP- and REST-based web services - the more the better
Experience with version control systems (e.g. CVS, Subversion, SourceSafe)
A long-standing interest about the Internet, pop culture, video games and technology trends
Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
