Are you ready to jump into something new & exciting? Simple Star, Inc., the creators of PhotoShow, is looking for a seriously driven Web 2.0 Business Development executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will combine their excitement for all that Web 2.0 has to offer with exceptional business acumen to create great opportunities for the PhotoShow platform. This position is best suited for candidates who are exceptionally well networked in the Web 2.0 industry and who are aware of what’s hot on the world wide web (you probably read Techcrunch as if your life depended on it!). Reporting to the SVP of Business Development, you will lead the charge in forming distribution partnerships for a highly relevant and attractive product offering. For the right candidate, professional level and years of relevant experience are negotiable.
Requirements include:
Experience in Web 2.0 business development and/or partner management
Demonstrable ability to create excitement with strong presentation and exceptional communication skills.
Ability to quickly understand market changes, and their strategic business, product and marketing impact
Experience in working with internal product groups to represent partner/customer needs
Great communication skills and cross-functional experience
Strong accountability for results
MBA is preferred
