Tired of working on software that never gets fielded?
Frustrated by managers who don’t understand what you do?
Have you heard of Ed Tufte or Stephen Few (or do you at least
find bullet point based presentations to be mostly mindless drivel)?*
We are seeking software engineers capable of solving non-trivial problems.
You should enjoy new technology, appreciate a good hack, and
grudgingly accept time-to-market-driven kludges.
Engineers must be expert with
Unix && (Ruby on Rails||Flex).
Guru-like-status with mysql is a plus. So are design skills.
In your cover letter, please include at least two of the following: vote for worst API, favorite algorithm, least or most favorite Ruby or Flex 3 feature, favorite "Lost" character (and why (or
best current show on TV and why)).
We currently have developers in Colorado, Michigan, Wisconsin and Massachusetts.
Some work from home. Some work from offices. This could be the most flexible
job you will ever have (no pun intended. really. we swear. puns are the devil’s
work)!
