Activities
* Oversee all UI design and site functionality
* Translate visual and written designs into HTML, CSS, JavaScripts
* Establish/ implement best practices *Research and recommend new technology to enhance user experience
* Work closely with back-end developers to ensure the integrity of the UI throughout the development life-cycle
* Develop applications, provide enhancements
* Create and optimize dynamic site pages, online ads, emails
Qualifications
* 5-7 years experience + BA/BS or equiv
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
*Developed presentation elements within JSP framework
* Worked with XML data and XSL transforms
* Knowledge of SEO practices, UI, web 2.0 trends and best practices
* Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal skills
