Conceptualize, develop, and design
* Landing Pages
* Email campaigns and newsletters
* Online ads – banners, skys, pops, etc
Qualifications 2+ years web design experience with an Agency or in-house marketing team
* Able to conceptualize and create HTML for email marketing campaigns and promotions, in addition to making design updates to the web site
* Expert in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver
* Knowledge of all major web browsers
* In-depth knowledge of web standards
* Develop design concepts through full life-cycle (initial mock-ups to production)
* Strong sense of page layout, composition
* Organized and able to act independently
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Production skills including graphic optimization and asset management
