You will be responsible for the organization, interaction design and user process engineering for software solutions.
You will apply user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences.
As a solution designer, you will be expected to work directly with clients as well as to convey the vision for the end-user facing solution to distributed development teams.

- Concept generation, modeling and presentation
- User research & testing
- User profiling and scenario generation
- Site structure definition
- Task & process flow generation
- Prototype & wireframe design
- Mentorship of co-workers
- Providing design guidance
