Usability Analyst, req #029-08
Job Description:
The usability analyst will plan and conduct user studies including usability testing, heuristic evaluations and field research. In addition, this person will deliver reports and documentation such as wire frames, usability test results, competitive analyses and best practices guidelines.
The usability analyst will also act as a subject matter expert, advising and educating team members and clients on matters related to user-centered design. Candidates must be comfortable working with a wide variety of people including design, development and marketing staff.
Tools/Software:
Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office; in addition, fluency in Omnigraffle and/or Visio is preferred. Candidates who have experience using Morae will be given special consideration.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s in human factors, psychology, web design, anthropology, computer science or similar field—equivalent experience is acceptable.
