Desire, ability, and experience in interface design and web development. Requires the ability to craft templates, jpgs, and wireframes from ideas. The designer must work well as a member of an interdisciplinary team of journalists, engineers and business professionals, Must be at ease with current coding standards, fluent with Creative Suite and able to hand code strict (x) HTML, CSS and Javascript.
