Build a website for your next President or Senator. Upstream develops websites and web apps for political organizations across the U.S. The job would be doing a combination of new development & up-keep of existing client sites. Your primary duties would be doing back-end development, but front end experience is a plus. Being comfortable wearing all hats in a small growing web firm would be helpful. The company is located in downtown Austin in a cool new office with a hard working but laid back atmosphere and solid benefits. Small development team so you will be able to impact projects with big exposure. We have some highly experienced Rails programmers to work with and are looking for programmers with various levels of Rails experience.
Requirements:
•Ruby on Rails experience.
•Not opposed to working on projects on the conservative side of politics.
This is a full time position in our Austin, TX office.
