SSEs are responsible for the design, development, testing & documentation of software & tech solutions provided by Threespot. They work on projects of all sizes, often leading a team of SEs & Developers to ensure projects are completed to spec & on time. They frequently work with Developers for integration of front-end templates into software apps. Likewise, they collaborate in developing app reqs, developing use/test cases, & in performing user acceptance testing prior to client delivery. SSEs are comfortable in a deadline-driven, technology-agnostic, design-focused environment. They are expected to interact with PMs, fellow tech personnel, & designers, keeping the Tech Director informed of workload & availability. They are dedicated to producing high-quality, elegant solutions that meet or exceed client requirements & expectations. They are professional, courteous, and possess excellent verbal/written skills.
