The Well, Inc. is an emerging-media, boutique ad agency. As a member of a small multi-disciplinary team, you will plan, design and develop scalable, flexible websites, from Micro-sites to large e-commerce sites.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years web dev. exp. with proven ability to deliver exceptional work under time constraints.
• Expert-level knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JS, CSS/XHTML, AJAX and cross-platform/browser compatibility issues.
• Past experience with Drupal, and the comfort with the customization of modules and layouts is a given
• Experience with web 2.0 API’s (JQuery, Prototype, Scriptulous, YUI, etc.)
• Comfortable with some server management (Linux, Apache, MySQL)
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage and participate in projects from requirements gathering through implementation and QA.
