Working for ad agencies and big brands, we often have to develop within existing infrastructures, so a variety of skills are needed. The ideal candidate will be at home in a multi-disciplinary environment, working on weird projects with tight deadlines and being part of the creative process. Having some experience with these is a big plus: PHP, .Net, Ruby on Rails, Cocoa/Obj-C. Extensive experience with one of these, with interest in others, is a plus. 3+ years of experience doing Web work is a requirement. Advertising/brand experience is a nice plus.
