System Administrator - Global HRIS - DBA at Henniges Automotive (Farmington, MI 48331)

Henniges Automotive, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier of vehicle sealing systems, is currently seeking an experienced Global Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to join our Human Resources team at our corporate headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining the global human resource information systems through the development and implementation of standardized processes throughout the organization, creating and maintaining the Company intranet and web page designs.

Job Duties:

Responsible for supporting the global organization by assuring the integrity and reliability of the global HRIS database. Interacts with regional and plant HR groups to develop new and improve existing applications to ensure continuous improvement of common HR functions. Creates and manages a global communication program which includes a global HR internet/intranet sight.

Thoroughly understands system capabilities to provide advice and support to all users. Recommends and develops processes for use of available modules to enhance the HR departmental capabilities and improve productivity at the administrative level.

HRIS System Management

·Accountable for the data integrity of the HRIS system

·Main interface between HR and payroll for data reliability

·Manages the relationship between Henniges and the Software vendors

·Suggests and implements system changes to facilitate optimum use

·Creates, maintains, generates and distributes reports from System for all end users

·Serves as the Security Officer

·Supports the HRIS business needs of the Company. (ie - benefits, compensation, payroll, labor negotiations)

·Develops HRIS processes to facilitate administrative HR functions/ documents the same

·Trains end users in system processes and report writing functions

Communications/Intranet

·Develops and Maintains HR Internet/Intranet to provide a global communication vehicle for all HR related news and events

·Leads an intranet development team to update and maintain the system

·Maintains all HR data on the intranet - ensures information is updated on a timely basis and is that site remains interesting and relevant to business needs

·Creates a communications program for the organization

Monthly Global Statistics

·Creates and posts global HR dashboards including safety reports, headcount, turnover, attendance rates, etc.

·Maintains Annual EEO report, and AAP reporting
