Sun Run was founded on the simple idea that solar electricity should be affordable and hassle free. We provide homeowners the lowest cost, lowest risk, and easiest way to go solar. Rather than sell customers solar systems costing tens of thousands of dollars, we pay to install these systems and charge monthly for the electricity generated. We need a developer to help build the platform that enables us to analyze the power we generate, share data with our customers, and bill. We also need to automate sales and partner tools. The position reports to our consulting head of IIS, who has directed software development at multiple public companies, has 13 years of work experience, and enjoys an extensive professional network. You are hungry, high energy, committed to high quality and agile development, and believe in renewable energy.
Required: 1-3 years Java, 1-3 years JSP/Servlet container, 1+ years agile development. Preferred: Tomcat 5.5, Spring (AOP, DI), Maven
