We’re looking for an entry-level developer and jack-of-all-trades to join our existing development team.
Located in the heart of downtown Portland, steps away from great places like Voodoo donuts, Stumptown Coffee and Blueplate grill. StepChange is a typical Portland firm; many employees commute by bike, the fridge is stocked with fermented beverages, and we like to take field trips when the sun’s out.
Our focus is primarily on Rails, AJAX, Silverlight and Flash applications. Majority are in the Social Media, Facebook/OpenSocial and Widget arena. All the common tools such as rake, tests, svn, basecamp are used. Development is based on user stories.

Skills
Required

- Ruby on Rails development experience
- Basic Unix command-line experience
- Understanding of OOP
