We’re looking for a big-hitter in the digital world to drive our new business strategy. You’ll be the face of the agency for prospective clients and journalists and be involved in all aspects of enhancing the agency profile and winning new business.
The salary is £50K and the role benefits from a £20K achievable bonus that is unlimited.
Candidates will need to be at the top of their game. This exciting opportunity offers unlimited potential for success.
Specific responsibilities:
• Play a key role in defining STEEL’s business development strategy
• Develop and implement a communication plan to convert sales leads into clients
• Drive the relationship with our lead generation partner
• Oversee the development of all sales materials including direct mail pieces, showreels, credentials presentations and other PR activity
• Originate and manage tender documentation for new business prospects
• Manage the new business budget from a third party and internal time perspective
Core skills:
• Substantial senior-level experience driving new business wins within the marketing communications or media sectors
• An in-depth understanding of digital marketing communications
• The ability to think strategically
• The ability to communicate powerfully at board level
