Starmark is seeking an experienced web site designer with strong knowledge in Flash, HTML and CSS. Primary responsibilities would include working on web site user interface design and production, online banner ads, emails, rich media and occasional video work; working with print designers to marry the look and feel of online and offline promotions; working with content managers to populate and design site information; and working with programmers on custom development for online systems. Strong knowledge of Flash, HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator mandatory; animation or video editing background a plus.
