We are currently looking for a SQL Database Architect in our Brentwood office. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of databases and their accompanying software as well as schema management.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience:
• 4+ years of database administrator experience
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles and practices
• Working technical experience with designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting MSSQL database servers
• Experience in software design principles, OO concepts and efficient schema design
• Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Ability to conduct research into database issues, standards and products as required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions independently
• Service Oriented Architecture and Web application development experience
• Keen attention to detail
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Essential communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong customer service skills
• Banking Industry, ACH experience or AAP a plus
• Some programming skills a plus
