Software Issue management
Manage Alpha, Beta & ECO Releases
Regions/Field Training
Bug Software Request Evaluation & Prioritization
Metrics & Reliability Programs
Customer Spec Management
Customer Scenario Testing
Software documentation and field notice
Support SSE community (Field Software Support Engineers working at customer sites)
Job Specific Knowledge:
5+ years directly related experience
Software engineering with real time control in complex and embedded system design is a plus
Skills:
