Job Summary
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be a member of our world class engineering team creating single- and multi-player games and supporting software for the global market in over 15 languages. You will collaborate with other members of the QA, product and development teams, and you will contribute to all phases of the product development life-cycle as a proactive self-starter.

Responsibilities
• Develop, document and execute test strategies and plans.
• Coordinate and lead testing meetings during the testing phase of all projects.
• Prioritize work effort & ensure that tasks are completed on schedule to meet business initiatives.
• Represent QA in project meetings to ensure efficient testing and bug fixing processes, and be an effective advocate for the QA group
• Report on product quality within the company via execution of detailed test plans/cases and accurate reporting of executed test cases, discovered bugs, and fixed bugs, etc.

Required Skills
• 2+ years experience in all phases of software testing and quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance testing methodology relative to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the QA role, and all areas of application testing
• Experience creating test plans, creating test cases, executing test cases, and test scripts.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work effort & ensure that tasks are completed on schedule to meet business initiatives.
• Superior organizational and communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret software requirements documents.
• Technical knowledge of various Windows versions, MS Internet Explorer, including differences between versions.
• Ability to work in a team and individually. Self starter who can complete assigned tasks with little direct supervision
• Self confidence to challenge embedded behaviors and practices for continuous improvement

Pluses
• Experience with online gaming, banking or financial applications
• Experience in credit card processing.
• Interest in poker, casino gaming, and entertainment software.
• Experience working with SQL queries
• Testing multi-lingual Windows-based and web applications.
• One or more of the following language skills: French, Japanese, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Greek, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Hungarian, or Finnish.

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer. Local candidates preferred.
Location: Cambridge, MA
