Clarium Capital Management is a multi-billion dollar hedge fund managed by Peter Thiel, the co-founder and former CEO of PayPal. Clarium is a broadly opportunistic investment fund that pursues absolute returns across a global macro spectrum by studying and exploiting distortions present in most global macroeconomic markets.
We are looking for computer scientists who want to build systems, tools and algorithms to assist our study of financial markets.
Ideal candidates will possess these qualifications:
- Strong programming skills and experience with object oriented languages
- Strong systems, theory and algorithms background
- Interest in finance (previous knowledge is optional)
- Independence and self-motivation
