This position is focused on developing software to improve our internal engineering processes, augment testing efforts, and adapt our database and analytics software for use in novel environments.
Some specific duties include:
- Tool adoption and automation (coverage tools, metrics tools, etc.)
- Data-center farm-based automation (VMWare farm for E2E framework)
- Stress test automation
- Software Upgrade Development and Testing
- Development of tools for internal process reporting and analysis
- Performance and Scalability Testing automation
Required skills and attributes:
- OO programming experience
- A passion for good software engineering practice
Bonus skills and attributes:
- Python programming experience
- Experience in agile environments
- Toolsmith experience
