Position:

BoxTone is looking for energetic software engineers with a high degree of passion for software, programming and technology. BoxTone is the market leader in mobile user management space and this is your opportunity to be part the core team that is engaged in research and development of the device-side applications that compliment BoxTone’s broader mobile user management solution.

We are counting on you to be one of our BlackBerry domain experts. In addition to common software development skills, this position will require ability and willingness to (a) Read variety of technical articles/books/whitepapers on regular basis, (b) Actively participate in online discussion forums and (c) Constantly learn and explore relevant tools and APIs. Skills Required:

• Very strong in Java
• Excellent programming skills
• Hands on experience developing application that involved core Java APIs.
• Ability to design and develop software using object-oriented principles and design patterns
• Sound knowledge in core software engineering areas such as multi-threaded apps, data structures, I/O, sockets, logging, unit testing, version control etc.
• Exposure to BlackBerry and/or J2ME platforms (This is not in case of candidates with outstanding skills in the other areas)

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
