Infinium Capital Management is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to develop cutting edge applications using the latest technology for a highly successful industry leader. The successful candidate will work closely with traders and other developers to architect, implement, and deploy a novel trading platform and associated analytical tools. This position will focus on front-end development, including thin clients for analytics and trade execution. Background Required:
• 3-5 years experience with C# to code on the .NET platform. Experience with C++, SQL and database programming desired.
• Strong working knowledge of multi-threaded programming.
• Client/server development experience in distributed, scalable architecture.
• Experience developing user interfaces of moderate/high complexity.
• Familiarity with and commitment to coding standards and best practices.
• Prior experience with real-time trading platforms and familiarity with the industry are major pluses!
• Self-starter.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year University majoring in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, desired.
