Education, Training and Experience
BS in Computer Science
2 years of work experience
Certifications (Microsoft, Java, etc…)
Team leadership experience
Customer relationship experience
Technical Skills
Required (2 yrs experience): C#, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, XML/XSLT, SQL, SOAP, DHTML and CSS
Familiar with: Scrum, Vista, UML, ERD, Photoshop, functional and non-functional architecture, cross-browser coding
Desired (one or more of the following): Python, Django, Ruby, Ruby on Rails
Communications and Analytical Skills
Effective verbal communication skills
First rate writing and technical writing skills
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Willingness to work in a team environment and take constructive advice
Ability to test their code and the code of others
Aptitude to write clean, clear, commented code
