The LogicTools division of ILOG’s integrated suite of supply chain planning solutions includes network design and planning, inventory planning, production sourcing and asset planning.
The LogicTools software development group requires an experienced Software Developer to join our team creating industry leading supply chain planning applications in Eugene, Oregon. The core of the position will challenge the developer to utilize cutting edge Microsoft .NET technologies to create database driven Windows applications within the Logic Tools product suite while working closely within the team of developers.
Responsibilities of this senior level software development position include:
-Work closely with product management to design, develop and maintain Microsoft .NET applications
-Participate in all phases of the software development life-cycle requirements analysis, development, testing and implementation
-Ensure that the code is efficient, follows best practices and standards and is well documented
-A self starter with the ability to work independently, learn quickly, communicate effectively both written and verbally, accept constructive feedback
-Participate in technical document and design discussions
Qualifications for this position include:
-BS or MS in Computer Science with at least 3-5 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
-Relational database experience is a must
-Corporate IT experience deploying and supporting applications, operating systems and/or networks will be helpful
-Ability to write test scripts and conduct unit testing
Create and maintain automated test suites
Successful candidate should have experience with the following technologies:
-Experience with Visual Studio 2005/2008
-Windows based platform development with Microsoft .NET Framework
-Proficient with the following core technologies: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET
-Relational database experience using SQL Server 2005
