Software Developer – DNS. We need world-class engineers to join our team in developing our next-generation infrastructure frameworks. We’re working on problems in a number of areas, including in memory databases to support rapid retrieval, scalability issues related to dealing with large amounts of data and a rapidly increasing transaction load.

Job Description:
Software Developer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications for the DNS resolution. The person should have excellent inter-personnel, communication and troubleshooting skills. The candidate should ideally have experience in maintaining a high-profile, custom developed, highly available production applications. The candidate is required to pay special attentions to the performance and has the ability to isolate the difficult production problems.
Experience:
Required:
2+ years of software development experience
C/C++ and other programming languages
SQL, Databases, ACID transactions
Scripting Languages like perl, ksh, etc
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, problem solving and analysis skills
Debugging tools
Creative thinking
Methodological problem solving
Ability to work in a dynamic development environment
BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Desired:
Network programming
Linux/Unix internals
DNS or other internet Protocol development (bind etc)
MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
