Senior Web Application Team Leader to lead and manage a team of developers for an HIV/AIDS data warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Candidate should have a strong understanding of multidimensional data, excellent communication and software design skills and be able to manage the team in maintaining and extending our data warehouse, which uses web based input.
5-10 years experience desired, preferably incl PHP, Python, PostgreSQL, XSLT and BI/data warehousing, JavaScript and AJAX.
Nine month contract from Jan 2009 with possible annual extensions. Salary $ 8K to $ 12K per month depending on experience and earning history. Airfare, accommodation included for international hire. Preference given to single candidates.
