The engineer will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment, developing quality software engineering solutions. Engineers are responsible for: understanding and following defined product development methodologies developing technical solutions, determining detailed designs, and investigating and resolving software issues. Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas
• Minimum of 3-7 years related experience in technical solutions delivery (programming, configuration, builds or technical support)
• Minimum of 2-5 years developing real world applications using Java, .NET, C# and/or Flex as a main discipline required
• Advanced understanding of database concepts with industry standard database languages such as Oracle, SQL Server or Caché beneficial
• In depth knowledge of databases and programming/data access tools required
• General understanding of technology infrastructure across which application will run required
• In depth knowledge of industry standard processes, tools and deliverables required
• Demonstrated mastery in systems design and project life cycle methodologies
• Demonstrated mastery in problem resolutions and root cause analysis
• Ability to work with an array of complex assignments and to be responsible for development on a major software project
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
