THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you will lead the analysis, validation, and testing of our highly sophisticated web based software by architecting and building innovative automated testing systems using cutting edge technologies. You will also lead the effective utilization of these systems by all engineers on the team. Also, as a member of the engineering team, you will spend up to 10% of your time on R&D projects of your own choosing ("indie time").
THE REQUIREMENTS
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent
· Experienced in developing, architecting, and using automation tools/frameworks
· Strong J2EE coding skills
· Strong scripting skills in at least one common language (Perl, Python, Shell)
· Highly proficient in both Linux/Unix & Windows environments
· Deep knowledge of internet technologies
· Proven track record of shipping at least 2 major releases of web software
