QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in C# .NET in Windows environment. (Knowledge in C/C++, Java is a plus)
- Exposure to Full Software Development Life Cycle including Source Control, Automated Build, Bug Tracking and etc. (Preferably .NET development environment, knowledge of NAnt, CruiseControl.NET and NUnit are highly desirable)
- Knowledge of .NET 2.0 required.
- Knowledge of .NET 3.0 including Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation and LINQ are desired but not required (big plus).
- Hand-on experience (at least 3-5 years) with best software engineering practices. Demonstrated practical experiences on Object-Oriented Software Design and Analysis, Design Patterns and Code Refactoring (Can you explain what Façade, Factory and MVC Design Pattern are? How many KLOCs have you written in the past year? How often do you perform code Refactoring?)
- Exceptional skill in SQL and Database Programming
- OLAP and Business Intelligence are highly desired.
- Knowledge of scripting language like Perl, Python and Ruby are helpful.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Successful candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
