Responsibilities:
Immediate responsibility for high-profile web design and technology projects with Tierra’s media/entertainment industry clientele in New York City
Assess business needs, develop requirements documentation, and negotiate deliverables with clients and internal teams
Manage design, development, and client schedules to keep projects on track
Develop strong and trusted relationships with current and new clientele
Report to President of company and work closely with other client services team members on the East and West coasts
Desired Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience managing web design and technology projects with clientele
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with latest trends in web design and technology
Superior communications skills; strong verbal and written English are important
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
BA or BS degree; advance degree and/or certifications a plus
Strong Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT); experience with MS Project, Visio, Photoshop, HTML or other related software application a plus
Passion for new technologies, teamwork, and providing great service and support to clients
Commitment to learn, adapt, and grow with a fast-growing design and technology firm
Entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic

Potential to convert into full-time employee
Work schedule may be flexible, depending on client and internal requirements
May work remotely, but must be able to spend time on-site in New York with clients as well as in Tierra’s offices as required
