* PHP, and the ability and willingness to learn other languages and systems you don’t know
* Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and/or MySQL 5
* Experience with Object-Oriented Programming theory and practice in PHP5
* Experience with design patterns
* Experience with web services and consuming APIs
* Experience with sessions and cookies
* Experience using XHTML, CSS and/or JavaScript
* Working knowledge and specific code examples that demonstrate the above skills
Experience working with an established CMS and/or Zend framework is a definite plus.
