Requirements:
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
6+ years experience developing data-driven dynamic websites
Outstanding Javascript (including event model and browser compatibility)
Excellent CSS, XML, DOM, DHTML, AJAX
Excellent PHP / MySQL
Experience writing widgets (Flash or javascript) a definite plus
Excellent communication skills, great sense of UI esthetic and usability
