The role:
We are looking for senior developers to join our continually growing company. Reporting to the CTO, you will work as part of a team to develop high quality solutions to meet the customer’s requirements. You will also be responsible for assisting the team leader in advancing development, and for mentoring and monitoring more junior developers and participating in their development.
Responsibilities include:
Developing high quality solutions to the requirements provided
Working with BAs to clarify requirements
Ensuring software quality with repeatable tests
Working with team to meet goals
Mentoring, monitoring and sharing knowledge with peers
Working to improve development practices across the team
