Skill and Experience Requirements for Core Responsibilities

Been there, done that, or knows how to find out really fast.
5 years with Java and advanced Javascript
Hibernate or other POJO to relational database mapping toolkits
JEE – servlets, JSP, JSTL, and session management
XML and XPath APIs
SQL / MySQL
Experience leveraging open source toolkits and libraries
Able to analyze/characterize performance and scalability of algorithms and systems
Exposure to operational and production realities of SaaS or Web applications a plus.
Knowledge of internationalization issues, including at least handling of character encoding
Experience with reporting and analytics a plus
Fluent in Linux/Unix and Windows
