We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Information Architect to join our rapidly growing User Experience team in San Francisco.
As a senior member of our User Experience community, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to create smart, innovative online solutions for our clients.
· Responsibilities
· Working closely with clients to help define target audiences needs and other motivating factors and translate them into concepts for compelling interactions and experiences
· Collaboratively developing scenarios, navigation models, and prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients
· Developing and documenting detailed information architecture and interaction designs for highly interactive interfaces to support marketing strategy, brand strategy, and desired user behaviors
· Planning, leading and/or participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing
· Presenting user experience deliverables to clients
· Degree in a related field, such as technical communications, human-computer interaction, library science, graphic design, or industrial design
· 7+ years experience developing interactive products
· 4-5 years experience as an information architect, interaction designer, or experience designer
· Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
· Experience in client services and negotiating business decisions
· Experience observing user research and translating user research into design decisions
