Interactive agency seeks a flash/front-end integrator with solid flash action scripting experience to work in conjunction with our creative and technology departments. We seek a focused, highly organized and dedicated individual who is interested in working on various types of projects (web pages, micro sites, mobile and online advertising campaigns) in conjunction with other resources in our Draftfcb New York office.
Responsibilities
* Design and program interactive websites, utilizing your excellent flash skills
* Ensure site optimization, proper referencing and documentation
* Work closely with art directors, copywriters, designers, project managers and developers to ensure proper and on-time completion of projects * Validate designs with the creative team
Qualifications and Experience
* 5-8+ years experience with complex all-flash websites (including dynamic content, videos, forms, etc.)
* 5-8+ years experience in front-end coding, for a variety of projects for compatibility on multiple operating systems, browsers and email clients
* 5-8+ years experience with consumer-based websites is preferred
* Ability to quickly learn and understand technologies and applications of varying degrees of complexity
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills.
* Ability to interface and partner with clients, vendors and all members of the team.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities
Technical Skills
* 5-8+ years Flash ActionScript 2.0, XML and Javascript.
* Experience with server side scripting (ASPX, PHP, JSP)
* Experience coding for database integration, math & physics algorithms, server connections, XML, video control.
* Strong working knowledge of graphic packages (Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator)
* Strong working knowledge of video packages (After Effects, Final Cut, Premiere)
* Strong knowledge of latest referencing techniques
* Experience with Internet audio and video on-demand streaming (MOV, WMV, RA) * Experience with SQL template coding
* Experience with Cascading Style sheets
* Understanding of rich online media vehicles (Pointroll, Eyeblaster, Unicast, Motif)
* Familiar with mobile space (SMS, MMS, WAP)
