We are looking for an exceptional Ruby on Rails developer with an eye for detail and the passion to be an innovator amongst peers. The individual should have approximately a year of experience working in the Rails framework, demonstrating strong familiarity with the components and means of extending them. The individual should have at least two years experience with application development working with object oriented languages and MVC frameworks. A clean, portable interface is important to us so we also desire skills in writing cross-platform, standards compliant HTML and CSS. Our work involves representation of data in charts and graphs and so it would be a bonus if the individual has familiarity with Flash and HTML reporting and widgeting tools such as FusionCharts and Ext JS.
