The Office of Research & Statistics of the SC Budget & Control Board seeks a Ruby on Rails Developer to create secure, data-driven sites for government clients. The incumbent will perform independent analysis, design, implementation, and modification of complex private secure websites using information from large complex administrative files. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related and experience in computer system development and modification; or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of the above-mentioned experience. Ruby on Rails experience is preferred but Java or OO experience is acceptable, will train on-site.
